With its own garden and terrace, fabulous views across the Surrey hills and many miles of country walks/bike rides straight from the front door, it is a great place to live.  The cottage is 2 miles from Frensham Great Pond with its sandy beaches and Alice Holt forest is nearby.   Local pubs and shops are within walking distance in both villages.   There are many excellent schools nearby, both state and independent.  

There is dedicated parking for two cars on a shared drive,  with its own electric charging point.

Farnham Station is 3 miles from the property.  Trains run between London Waterloo and Alton; and from Guildford to Farnham.  There is a large car park at the station and secure bike racks.  There is a country bus service to the station and town centre.

Most villages have a cricket pitch with training for all ages, tennis and bowls clubs.  Fitness classes are available in most village halls and there are several gyms nearby, some with swimming pools.  There is a challenging hilly Park Run in Alice Holt Forest every Saturday.
