Original features such as the original pantry cupboards and leaded light windows retain the cottage's period charm.
Guest access
You will have 100% private use of the self-contained cottage. There is free designated parking in the garage courtyard beside it.
The Cottage has its own private garden area with a firepit. You are able to access the rolling countryside using the public footpath that runs across the estate and beyond.
The front door to the Cottage is at the top of 3 stone steps. The Kitchen, living room and bathroom are all on the ground floor. Stairs lead up to the first floor where the two bedrooms and a storage cupboard is located.
Other things to note
We offer horse B&B by separate arrangement, please get in touch if you’d like to bring your neddy with you. For guests without horses the main stable yard should have its privacy respected however a tour of the yard may be possible by prior arrangement.
There is a large garage for storage by separate arrangement.
Gigabit fibre internet, TV license and water bills are included. Electricity and oil will are invoiced at the end of occupation or monthly in arrears.
The cottage is available for very short, short or medium term occupancy.
