I've a decent sized 3 bed house that has two spare rooms. All bedroom doors have locks. House has external CCTV. Whole house has smart controlled heating so you can control the temperature of each room independently so your space will never be too hot or too cold.

I work away a lot so will rarely be in the house, one or two days per week maximum. Looking for tidy professionals or students who can respect the property and treat it as their own.
