Large Bright Double Room to the rear of house, overlooking the Garden. The house is shared by four individual professionals.

The house is a short walk to the MoD & also walking distance to Airbus & Rolls Royce.

The room has a double bed, bedside cabinet & lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers & a large desk & chair.

There is a shed available in the garden for all tenants, which will store any bikes & outdoor sport equipment.

There is off road parking for 3 cars on a first come first serve basis. Otherwise, surrounding streets provide on street parking.

The kitchen has a large fridge & two freezers allowing every tenant their own shelf in the fridge & freezer.

A cleaner is provided every 2 weeks for communal areas, which include kitchen, bathroom & hallways.
