The house is divided into two units: 

A three bedroom maisonette which will  accommodate three single people, or two single people and a couple (in the largest bedroom). These are the terms of the licence which I hold with Haringey Council. Equivalent rent for the maisonette is £2250 per calendar month

A two bedoom flat which will accommodate two single people. The equivalent rent is £1500 per calendar month

The Area

The property is located close to Finsbury Park which is a mixture of open ground, formal gardens and avenues of mature trees. There is also a lake, a cafe and an art exhibition space. Sports facilities in the park include pitches, a cycling club, basketball and tennis courts. Unusually for London, the park hosts two facilities for "American" sports.

Finsbury Park underground (Zone 2) is a ten to fifteen walk away. The underground serves both the Victoria and Piccadilly lines.

There are many supermarkets in the area and numerous interesting shops, pubs and restaurants to visit.

The Property

There are five double bedrooms with wardrobes, chests of drawers, beds and bed linen included.

There are good living areas in the house. 

Decorated in pale yellow which is a current colour trend.


Parking

Parking permits are available from Haringey Council. Bikes are not permitted anywhere in the house.

Minimum length of tenancy is three months.
