Looking for tidy and quiet person to share the house.  Only one single room is left and it's 470 per month. Since the kitchen doesn't have set air extractor, if you are a heavy cook who will produce lots of smell or steam, you can stop reading now. 

The house locates in a quiet area, 5 minutes walking distance to town center and close to Hart leisure center, off-road parking, a private garden, and also space to store bikes.

A nice & big kitchen with washing machine, gas oven, fridge etc. You have your private own room, and it is equipped with bed, waldrobe, desk and chair. Share bathroom, Central heating & WIFI available through out the house.

WIFI, Water, Gas, Electricity Bills are included. Once a week, full cleaning up of the common area. Also, please note that there is no TV license paid for this address. If you want to watch TV you will need to buy the license on your own.

No smoking or pets allowed inside the house. It's important to keep the common area clean after you used it. You will need to share the responsibility to keep the place enjoyable, but you'll enjoy their company and independency as well.
