The available room is for one person (Single) only and Non smoking 🚭 . The room is ideal for someone who is mature, respectful, clean, tidy and cleans up after using the kitchen and bathroom. 

We are looking for potential occupant to be in full time employment as either working professionals, Healthcare worker etc who can provide proof of ID, proof of income etc. No WFH (working from home) option available.

The room is furnished, and You will have a fridge freezer to yourself for your groceries etc.

Couples, children and pets sadly are not suitable due to size of apartment.
