Room in a Shared Flat, Vanston Place, SW6

We have a lovely bedroom available in a quiet 3-bedroom penthouse flat located right by Fulham Broadway tube station. Unfortunately, our old flatmate has decided to move out and travel full-time so the room is now available to let as soon as the 17th of October.

With a large living room and a huge rooftop patio is this an amazing find for Fulham. You have an amazing view of the area as well as Stanford Bridge from the patio which makes it a great spot in the summertime! The large kitchen comes with modern appliances, storage space for each flatmate, a full size dishwasher as well as a separate washer and dryer. 

The Room:
The room comes fully furnished with a Queen sized bed and a built-in wardrobe. You'd have a bathroom which you share with one other girl.

Currently in the house, there are two other professional females, Sara, who is 25 and works in commercial real estate and Fiona, who is 27 and works in medical devices. We keep a really tidy and clean home, with a cleaner coming every other week. One of us works hybrid and travels occasionally for work, and the other works full-time from the office in central London.

We’re looking for a professional female to fill our third room that is clean, tidy, and respectful of the space.

Fulham Broadway tube station is about a 4 minute walk away, with the Fulham Broadway bus stop just a 1-2 minute walk away.

Price:
The room is listed at £950 per month with bills usually around £110 per month. This includes cable, wifi, council tax, electric, gas, and water. This monthly amount does not include the cleaner, which we normally just alternate paying for. We use splitwise for any shared resources used in the house just for everyone's convenience.
