The property is on a quiet street with plenty of free on-street parking, houses up to 7 adult guests and benefits from Superfast Wi-Fi.

The spaceWith 4 bedrooms, all offering comfy double beds, this flat offers plenty of space for guests. All bedrooms include wardrobes or hanging storage, bedside tables, lamps and plug sockets near beds for overnight charging. A desk is included in the two largest bedrooms if you would like to work away from home.

The lounge has 2 x sofas and a 6 seater dining table so your group can sit together comfortably whilst watching TV or eating a home-cooked meal. Mounted on the fireplace wall is a SMART HDTV with Netflix access included in your stay. The TV also has apps such as Amazon Prime where guests are able to log in using their own accounts.

The kitchen allows you to cook via oven, hob & microwave. There is also a fridge/freezer and washing machine available for guests to use. Plenty of cutlery, glasses, pots/pans, utensils and basic cleaning supplies such as washing up liquid are also included in your stay.

To the rear of the property there is a family bathroom with toilet, bath/shower and sink.

Down the back stairs you will find a rear yard space. This area is for guest use and may be used to smoke as smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation.
There is also an iron, ironing board, clothes airer and hairdryer for guests to use.

PLEASE NOTE that there is a noise monitoring device in this property which measures noise levels. This device does not record any specific sounds such as conversations. It is in place to protect the accommodation from loud disturbances and deter parties of any kind.

Guest accessThe property has a lockbox entry for easy hassle-free access. Check-in information is sent at 4pm the day before arrival.
Please note: Once a booking is confirmed, all guests will need to sign our T&Cs, provide a copy of valid ID, and pay a security deposit through our own booking system for your stay to go ahead.
There is also a lot of on-street parking available right outside the front of the property.

Other things to note* All guests must be over 25 years old.

* All guests must pay a deposit, provide ID and agree to the guest T&C's prior to staying.

* This property is more suitable for families and contractors than lively groups due to its quiet residential location. The property is equipped with a device that monitors noise and occupancy levels in the property (but does not record sound) and notifies the host and the guest if it gets too loud. Any disturbance and/or noise complaints will result in loss of deposit.

*Quiet time is between 10pm and 8am

*All of our properties have a strict No Smoking Policy. Guests found to have been smoking, will be charged £250 as a deep clean and upholstery clean will be required post stay.

*We expect the property to be treated with respect and care and left in a similar condition as it is found, clean and tidy and dishes washed and put away. Guests will be charged for any additional cleaning needed above the standard requirements.

Please note: Once a booking is confirmed, all guests will need to provide a copy of ID, name and address through our own booking system to verify your identity. You will also be asked to read, sign and accept our terms of stay policy in order for your booking to go ahead. Shortly after your booking is made, you will be sent an external link for this to be completed. This is a mandatory condition prior to your stay.

We retain the right to cancel the reservation without refund for any refusal to complete these requests after the reservation has been booked. Our cancellation policy applies to any cancellation made based on the refusal of our Terms.
