2 Bed Flat, Barrington Drive, G4

I am sub-letting out my flat on Barrington Drive. 

Maximum stay is until September 15. This is for a short term let for over the summer and is available from July. 

 The flat itself is on the ground floor of the building and has its own door to the street. It is a large flat with a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. And a Garden. Please refer to pictures. The flat is furnished. Although you can still expect a double bed, dining table and chairs, storage, washing machine and dryer. Second room is also fully furnished with desk and open wardrobe, we are using old photos.

 The flat is gas heated, which has all been recently reviewed and tested. Bills not included.

The flat is non-HMO. 

 A deposit of £800 will be required before key handover, which will be returned at the end. 

 Rent will also be payed upfront for the agreed stay.

Before let can be agreed, references to work will be required. Please also be advised you will have more chance of securing your place if you can provide proof of what you plan to do after the let, ie. flight tickets or proof of next residency.
