We have a furnished property to let in the southside of Glasgow. Its a 6 to 9 minute train journey to town so ideal for those working and not wanting to drive. Its also a great location for Strathclyde University and GCU. Currently have 2 students living here who are at the end of their degree and heading for new pastures. 
There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with walk in shower, good size kitchen and sitting room. Laundry room is separate in its own little area and theres an additional cloak room that Ive not included pictures of. Suitable for 2 people sharing.

There is excellent internet strength, HIVE heating to control the heating from anywhere, underfloor heating in the bathoom and kitchen (a total luxury in the winter) and washing machine plus dryer in the flat as well as ample storage.

There are a lot of nearby facilities available - restaurants, cafes, bars and gyms within walking distance. There are also 2 large parks nearby. For those with cars there is free on street parking available.

Heating the flat is quite easy as there are 2 floors below and 1 above - often I only had to put the heating on for 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening.
