I’m seeking a flatmate to replace my lease since I’m relocating outside the UK. The flat is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom fully furnished residence located in Argyle Street near Anderson rail station (less than 5 minutes walk). The location is quiet and peaceful.

The monthly rent is £636, excluding the council tax share of £110 (tax band E) and the electricity bill, which fluctuates based on seasonal changes. The flat also includes a secure parking space and a bike park shed.

While the landlord prefers professional tenants, students are also welcome to apply.

The earliest possible move-in date is mid-October 2024.
