 looking to rent out my spare room and would prefer a male tenant. The flat is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom property, so you'll have one of the bathrooms entirely to yourself (as shown in the pictures). The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, standing mirror attached to the wardrobe, bedside drawer, and a window overlooking the parking lot. The kitchen and living room are shared spaces. Please note that no smoking, no pets, and no parties are allowed in the flat. 
The rental fee is £600 and this includes bills and there is no extra cost associated. 

Location:

The flat is located in the quiet area of Springburn, just a 20-minute walk from Glasgow City Centre. It's also within a 5-minute walk to Barnhill train station, providing easy transport links. For convenient shopping, Costco, Tesco, and Lidl are just a 10-15 minute walk away.

Availability:

The flat is available for a limited period of 8 months, for example, September 20, 2024, to May 31, 2025.

About me:
Civil Engineering student at the University of Strathclyde, so I would ideally prefer another male student. In my free time, I enjoy watching and playing football. I respect people's privacy but also enjoy socialising when possible.
