Room in a Shared House, Glossop, SK13

Ensuite room available in shared house with live in landlords and two other lodgers on a 'lodger' basis. 

House is not 'a looker' from the front and internally is still cosmetically incomplete.
Please note;  I can't get the map to sit in the correct place on street view. It keeps jumping back to this random wall! This is not our 🧱

It has however a reasonable garden. Good kitchen space and the bedroom sizes are good. The house has gone through an extensive renovation to bring it into the 21st century. 
We are a quiet but friendly household. 
We do not accept anyone who smokes or vapes. Even outside or away from the house. We don't have any candles, oil burners, wax melts, reed sticks etc or strongly scented detergents, cleaners or disinfectants in the household. This is for medical reasons. All detergents, cleaning, washing materials are provided. 
There is also immunocompromised people in the household so lodgers must either be up to date (autum 2023) flu and COVID) with there vaccines or be willing to have them. All people living in the house are entitled to be vaccinated. 

We also provide all kitchen consumables (kitchen roll, tin foil etc) plus tea and coffee and toilet roll. 
The house has good WiFi.
