Tranquillity and privacy guaranteed (set well back from any road). Choice of lovely private bath or shower room with power shower and both with great views too! Excellent broadband. House set in glorious gardens with specimen trees, orchards, vegetable garden. Village enjoys several pubs, local shops, tennis club, great walks, restaurants, forests, close to beaches (Camber Sands). Use of sauna.

Off road parking. Suit professional non-smoking male/female commuter, English or foreign as French, Spanish, Greek, Italian and some Arabic are spoken. Would also suit person working locally in school, hotel, hospital etc.. Use of large, well equipped, kitchen. Easy going sporty family.
