3.       1-3 years, R2SA, fully furnished and decorated, £1500 upfront for the furnishings, £950pcm bills not included,  If business start-up, increased rent in advance required, experience dependent and mentoring dependent.

4.      Standard R2SA, with the house provided unfurnished and decorated white/magnolia throughout, for the SA agent to make their personal stamp and personalised set-up (set-up grace periods can't be offered due to mortgage costs)


The property is in excellent condition, fully decorated, furnished as a SA / Holiday Let / Contractor Let with full CH, EICR, EPC etc and has been successfully letting as an SA for 2 years. The current SA Agent moving on due to personal circumstances.
