4. Standard R2SA, with the house provided unfurnished and decorated white/magnolia throughout, for the SA agent to make their personal stamp and personalised set-up (set-up grace periods can't be offered due to mortgage costs)
The property is in excellent condition, fully decorated, furnished as a SA / Holiday Let / Contractor Let with full CH, EICR, EPC etc and has been successfully letting as an SA for 2 years. The current SA Agent moving on due to personal circumstances.
