The location: The house sits on a highly desirable wide, quiet road with Victorian properties just a minute walk from bus stops, and just over 10 minute walk from Gravesend station. Despite being so close to the town centre, the road is quiet and relaxed, with a friendly, homely feel.

The house: The house is newly renovated throughout and offers six bedrooms (four of which have en-suites) and two other full bathrooms, so every room has its own bathroom. The brand new kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, two fridge-freezers, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, kettle, and plenty of storage space. There's a comfy sofa to relax on, along with a bar area to sit at, to eat, work, or watch some TV and a large garden with decking area to the rear of the house.

There is high-speed internet throughout the property, and each room is for single occupancy only.

It comes furnished with a double bed (with storage underneath) and mattress, chest of drawers, coat rack and wardrobe The en-suite, with toilet, sink, shower, and mirror.

Room 3: This large, bright room has a huge bay window and another window as well and is on the first floor at the front of the house. It is furnished with a double bed (with storage underneath) and mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, and coat rack. It has an en-suite bathroom comes with toilet, sink, shower, and mirror.

Room 4: The room is on the first floor and overlooks the back garden. It is furnished with a double bed (with storage underneath) and mattress, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, and coat rack. It also has an en-suite, with toilet, sink, shower, and mirror.

Room 5: This room is on the first floor at the back of the house, and its window overlooks the back garden It is furnished with a double bed (with storage underneath) and mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, and coat rack. This room does not have an en-suite, but there is a large bathroom just outside the room with toilet, sink, shower, and mirror. This bathroom will only be routinely used by the person who lives in this room as of the 5 other rooms 4 are ensuite and the room on the top floor also has a bathroom right next to their room!

Room 6: This huge, bright and characterful room spans almost the entire second floor. It is the only room on the top floor, other than a bathroom and so offers a sense of privacy as you go up the stairs.
