We have a single room in a newly renovated home which was all renovated a very new building in a lovely quite residential area with good public transport links.
Closest station is Sudbury Town station (Piccadilly Line)good bus link only a few mins walk away and ample free parking if needed.
The house comes with all the amenities washer dryer toaster kettle lovely new large kitchen with breakfast bar and dining table.
Room has a shared bathroom with bath tub Sharing with just one other lovely lady working in the beauty industry.
We have a cleaner every fortnight for all communal areas home is very clean and modern and we appreciate to keep it like that for all.
No pork no alcohol allowed consumed inside the house.
All bills council tax WiFi included and no extra cost.
