The tenants partner will be staying at the property in the master ensuite bedroom 3/4 nights per week (Mon - Thurs) and commuting to & from London for work during the days. Some kitchen equipment will be kept in the property for his use. 

The kitchen has an integrated fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine.
