Self Contained New York Style Bedsit 2 minutes walk to the High Street, and main line station,.

ACM (0.5 mile) the Law School (0.6 mile) and (0.8 mile) from Surrey University.

Guildford station is a 3 minute walk and the High Street is 2 minutes. VERY CONVENIENT LOCATION.
 

This is a super bedsit with wonderful features of a property of this age.  Beautiful old beams and exposed brickwork.

Its a good size but for single occupancy only. 

 Most of the furniture in photos is included.  (NOT the tv!)

There are six bedsits in total on the first and second floors. This is on the first floor.

Each bedsit has its own modern shower cubicle with over head shower as well as hand held. Good water pressure. There is a small cooking area with combi microwave/oven, two ring glass electric hob and fridge. 

Each floor has w. c. with wash hand basin which is shared with the other two tenants on that floor.  

There is an excellent large washing/dryer machine in shared area and high speed broadband.  All bills included 

Deposit - which is equivalent to 5 weeks rent - is insured under the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. We are members of the National  Residential Landlords Association.

Friendly house to live in but you also have your own private space.
There is also a covered outdoor area to sit in.

These bedsits are above the small nightclub Thirty3Hz which is usually open just Friday - Saturday although can occasionally have a week night opening. (Some music sound transference in this room when club is open)
it does not disturb present tenant who has lived here for two years and has not worried previous tenants. The club is generally only open Friday and Saturday nights. Closed January and August.
