Peaceful attractive garden with lawn, planters, herbs. Area for BBQ and benches. Rear workshop/shed with electricity, work bench. 

Bicycle locking rings at the front and a covered area in the rear of the garden for overnight or longer storage.

We are looking for a young professional housemate (female around 30 to maintain gender balance of house) who will fit in with the current lodgers.  All easy going.  Happy, collaborative and respectful house atmosphere.  Landlord lives in house part of the week.

Located in Willesden Junction/Harlesden - NW10.  Edge of Zone 2/3.  12 min walk to tube (Willesden Junction)

Excellent transport links -  Bakerloo line and Overground.  Buses close to house to all parts of London.  One Overground stop to Shepherds Bush for Westfield Shopping Centre.  Regular buses to Ikea Wembley and Brent Cross. 

Excellent range of shops and restaurants nearby, and good links to services all round the area.
