Large newly refurbished, light and airy room with a lovely high ceiling. It is fully furnished, in a quiet house a few minutes walk from Harold Wood station.

There is a kitchen area within the room with a sink, mini cooker, microwave and fridge.

There are two toilets and two showers which are cleaned each week.

Central heating and hot water are included but you will have to pay your own council tax which is approx £20 per week after single person discount.

As this is a nice quiet house we are looking for a more mature person who appreciates his own space and a peaceful home.

There are three parking spaces on the forecourt of the house on a first come first served basis. There are also residents parking bays outside and the only time you cannot park on the street without a permit is between 10.30 and 11.30.
