Room in a Shared House, Stonepound Road, BN6

My daughter, 10, who lives with me half of the time, and I would like someone to move in with us to enjoy the lovely home we have here.

Price is all in - bills, internet, cleaner etc.

We have a great large double bedroom with an en suite available on your own floor.

Hassocks' lovely village is 10 mins walk away with all you need, e. g. convenient mini supermarkets, lovely coffee shops, tasty cafes, a real community feel, gym and plenty more.

For that larger shop, we have several, Tesco/Lidl/Waitrose, all within a short drive away, too.

Our great train station is 8 mins walk away.

Brighton or Hove are both less than 10 mins on a  train or a 15 mins drive.

London is only a 1 hour train away, which works really well as you have very regular options direct to London Bridge and Victoria.

Gatwick is also quick to get to and often, taking just 20 mins.

We have on street parking here, and there is no permit needed.

Open to considering pets, price may change slightly to accommodate.

Also open to smokers, but they would have to smoke outside the house.
