I am looking to rent my spacious double bedroom with a beautiful balcony to a female tenant. This modern flat is currently occupied by two lovely professional female tenants with one bedroom each, I am looking for a third professional female who will fit in, this is the only remaining bedroom in this property to let.
This is available unfurnished although I am happy to provide a bed and bedding if needed. The kitchen and bathroom is shared. There is no allocated parking but there is on-street parking nearby. The flat is near the countryside and offers opportunities for spectacular nature walks. I am looking for someone who is an early riser, professional, clean, quiet and considerate. Viewings can only be offered after 3:45pm Monday and Wednesday. No pets allowed, no male visitors allowed, no couples or smokers to apply.
