All bedrooms come fully furnished with new furniture. There is also a furnished spacious communal living space, dining area and breakfast bar in the kitchen. The property also has its own large garden and off street parking. 

Monthly rental includes all bills (gas, electric, water, internet and council tax). 

Cleaner attends to clean the communal areas.
