The house is on a quiet street a five minute walk from Elm Park Underground Station – 40 minutes to Central London. The local shopping centre has a large variety of shops including Tesco, Sainsbury's and Co-Op.  Elm Park is on the 365, 252, 165 and 372 bus routes providing easy access to Queens Hospital, Lakeside Shopping Centre and Romford Mainline Station which gives fast access to Liverpool Street. 

There is a Tennis Club a short walk from the house and Harrow Lodge Park is nearby – here you will find a new Leisure Centre with Swimming Pool and Gym.
