It is a beautiful, light and central ground floor flat with huge windows and high ceilings, in a traditional Regency building in Hove. The living room is a stylish and peaceful place to relax or work, and the bright and cosy bedroom has an extremely comfortable double bed, with a high quality mattress and a gel memory foam mattress topper. The kitchen is colourful and cheerful, with dishwasher and traditional butler sink. The bathroom had a shower over the bath, and there is a washing machine in the hallway cupboard.
This is my own home, and not a dedicated holiday let or rental. This means it will have my belongings in it and a warm and comfortable lived-in feeling. Past guests have said that is was like "staying with a friend who isn't there", which is exactly the feeling I want to achieve! However, you will have a spacious set of bedroom drawers available especially for your use, and I will clear the wardrobe (in the hallway), so that you can spread out and relax.
I don't have a TV but you're welcome to connect your laptop up to my projector to watch films. I also have a wide range of books that you're welcome to pick through, as well as lots of arts supplies and a keyboard if you are feeling creative!
This is a one-bedrom flat so it is suitable for one or two guests.
The monthly rent includes all bills, internet and landline. I will also be contactable at any time during your stay, in case you have any questions or issues.
