The modern tiled bathroom has a bath with shower and separate WC, which houses a new full-sized washing machine. The kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, fridge, new full-sized dishwasher and is fully stocked with all items. The kitchen also leads to a west facing balcony, with sea views and fantastic sunsets!

I am looking to share this fantastic flat with a tidy, professional who must want to respect it as a home just as much as I do. You will have full access and use of all areas of the flat, bills and wifi are included.

About me - I'm a very happy and positive person, respectful of your needs and privacy and live a clean, busy lifestyle. I don’t smoke, rarely drink and enjoy preparing healthy home cooked meals - which I love sharing if you’re ever in need of company and a good meal. I certainly don’t expect my flatmate to be a saint but will need you to respect that it is a home and a calm oasis, for the both of us and the lovely neighbours.
