Available now - I have a large double bedroom (18 ft x 9 ft) furnished with a double bed, a 3-drawer unit, dressing table and a hanging rail. There is a window at both ends of the room. The bathroom has a shower (no bath) and is shared with a single person who works. There is also use of the kitchen. Parking at the front of the house is available but the back of the house is more private. All bills and WiFi are included. The property is a 5-minute walk to Southampton water and you can walk this route to Hythe - it takes 20-25 minutes to walk or 5-minutes in the car. There is a Waitrose, Lidl and Tesco Express within walking distance. It is a 14 minute walk to the nearest bus stop that would take you to Southampton.
