Tenancy Information:

  • Holding Deposit payable at point of application equivalent to 1 weeks’ rent that will be deducted off the owed balance prior the agreed tenancy start date. If the Landlord withdraws the property before the tenancy is signed, your Holding Deposit will be refunded to you.
