We are proud to offer 2 delightful rooms in this 5-bedroom, 3 bathroom house, in a great location. 


We have beautiful, large, fully-furnished bedrooms to offer, where only 2 people reside. 
We have 2 double rooms currently available for full-time working professionals. We are looking for one individual per room, and not couples. Our rooms are very spacious and have double beds and lots of wardrobe and storage space. We are looking for someone who is happy to live in a very clean environment, with a shared bathroom with one other lodger. 
We highly prefer a lodger who doesn't work from home.

The shared kitchen is divided into 3 massive parts and has plenty of storage for pots/pans etc. 
Public transport is easily accessible: The train station is within walking distance, central line (Fairlop station). Elizabeth line can be accessed via bus line to Ilford station.
Shops, amenities and travel (buses) are also within walking distance (5-10mins). 
Very peaceful and quiet area, with plenty parking spaces.
Available to move in from 4th August 2024.
