I want to present an en-suite for rent to a nice professional single or couple. I am looking for professionals or a working couple who are non-smokers. This house is very near to Goodmayes Station, almost a five-minute walk. Other amenities, such as Tesco Extra Superstore, McDonald's, KFC, and the high street, are also within a five to ten-minute walk. The 24-hour bus service is just five minutes away.
Only the kitchen will be shared with three other rooms; the bathroom is attached to the room. Cleaning of common areas is the responsibility of all tenants. To avoid any misunderstanding, there is a weekly rota for cleaning that everyone should follow.
In the house, smoking, drinking (alcohol), pork meat, and any guests or parties are not allowed to maintain house security and peace.
