Free parking is provided, and we’re located just a few minutes' walk from parks, shops, and other amenities. The nearest station is Redbridge (Central Line), only a 10-minute walk down a straight path, with bus stops and local shops even closer.

Currently, there is one female tenant living here, and both rooms are available immediately. This ad is for the two double rooms.

About Us: We are a small, all-female household with two young children. It’s just me and my kids—no males (except my son). Weekends are usually quiet, and the children go to bed early. I’m a working professional, friendly, and laid-back. The house is kept very clean, with a weekly cleaner to maintain the space. There’s also a large shared garden and plenty of parking.
