This house is available from 7th November 2024.

There is a front garden and a back yard which will be patio'ed in May to June 2025 to ensure it stays weedfree. The landlord will get the installation of a new patio/decking.

There is also a side walk to the rear entrance for bike storage in the shed.
Landlord does not live at the property.

Full references will be undertaken. If referencing is not possible due to unavailability of the previous 3 years of landlord references or 3 years of job references then rent required for the term of the tenancy. Otherwise, rent will be required to be paid every month in advance.
