Room in a Shared House, Beguildy, LD7

I am offering a spacious double room for a nominal £50/week for someone who would in return be willing/happy to feed and look after my dogs when I'm away, usually 2 days per week. They are two spaniels and a chorkie.

It's a six bedroom former vicarage, lots of garden space and there's a couple of spacious double rooms available to choose from. Have sky TV and most services, several lounges and private parking. Bills included. Kitchen and laundry facilities all as you'd expect.

Not looking for more than a couple of tenants, I'm hoping this would just be a mutually beneficial arrangement for the right person! No minimum period expectation, if you are interested we can discuss details.

Open to renting to couples if it helps me with the above.
