The cottage is often used as a holiday let so is fully furnished and comes fully equipped with crockery, cutlery , pans etc. The minimal rental is four months, but there is no maximum (long term lets would be accepted).

The cottage has a delightful lounge with a log burner. Off the lounge are French doors out to the private garden.

The large kitchen has a breakfast bar and a dining table, along with a washing machine and large fridge freezer.

The two delightful bedrooms both have comfortable king size beds.

The bathroom has a heated towel rail, bath and over bath shower.

There is parking for two cars.

The property is not suitable for children under twelve.
Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
