You'll be sharing with a mix of male and female mature students, graduates and Academic staff of British and South/East Asian heritage.  These large rooms contain a queen sized bed, wardrobe, large desk, chest of drawers and bedside table. The kitchen includes breakfast bar, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, cooker with modern ceramic hob and combi-microwave plus washing machine and tumble dryer in a separate utility area. The shared living room/diner includes large screen TV and modern luxury sofa. There are three comfortable bath/shower rooms shared between the 6 occupants. You will be sharing a bathroom with a female flatmate. 
The flat is in Galgate about 1.5 miles from the middle of the university campus by a bus-stop on the main route to the university and town centre, and the bus service is frequent. There is a shared backyard with outside table and chairs ideal for summer evenings and limited cycle storage. Cyclists can enjoy a choice of pleasant rural routes to the university. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the campus or 10 minutes to cycle. Parking is an issue in Galgate so the flat is best suited to people who don't need a car. 
Rent of £470 per person per month incudes electricity and gas, fast internet, TV licence and council tax.  There will be no admin charges and you will be dealing directly with the owner/landlord. References / eligibility to rent may be required.
