Room in a Shared House, Annweir Avenue, BN15

Double furnished room in terraced house, located in Lancing BN15 near train station and town centre. 
The room has its own bathroom, and parking is available.

We are a mother and daughter, looking for a single person/couple to share our house with us. Would prefer a woman. However, would consider a man if the fit was right!

Only English speakers please. This is not racism, it’s safety and practicality!
How can I tell someone who doesn’t understand me there’s a fire? 

We have two medium dogs and two cats, must be animal lovers.

£650 for single and £1050 for couple.
