§ A private space to the rear of a busy family home with young children.
§ Access to your own detached apartment which includes a full-sized bath/shower, a fully functioning kitchen with fridge, cooker, oven, kettle, microwave, toaster, and most of the essentials you would expect to run a home kitchen.
§ The open kitchen lounge area has a double sofa bed which converts into a double bed for two. The private sleeping pod sleeps one in a cosy sectioned-off side room. This whole space is suitable for 2 guests but may squeeze three. You can come and go through side access and your own front door with no botheration.

§ Waterloo Annex is approx. 3.5 miles (16-minute drive) to Leeds central train station, Coach Station and City Centre main attractions which include shopping, Leeds Direct arena, and lots of excursions. The property is only 0.8 miles (4 minutes’ drive) to Bramley Train station which is only one stop from Leeds City Main train station.
§ We are a short walk (3 minutes) to Bramley shopping centre which offers a variety of shops including Costa Coffee, Tesco and more.
§ If you like walks and parks, then this is the right place with Bramley Park a few minutes’ walk away from the Annex and Leeds Liverpool Canal only 10-minute walk down the hill.
§ if you have children, you are even closer to soft play which is at the bottom of our street. The facility also offers sweet & beauty shops, perfect if you wish to get your nails done.
§ we are a 4-minute drive from Pure Gym Aldi & Morrisons supermarkets. In the same area, you can also find a 247 BP petrol station hosted by Morrisons.
§ This private space sits within a family home, so we ask all guests to come on their best behaviour and, most importantly, enjoy a quiet night's stay.
