I'm a 47-year old male living in the property I'm looking for a professional, male  or female in their late 20s/30s who is independent and responsible, and who is of course clean and respectful. The flat is generally a chilled and relaxed environment.

The fully-furnished bedroom has:

- A bedside table
- A large wardrobe
- A desk
- A shelf
- A mirror

The shared areas of the flat comprise:
- An open plan kitchen/living room with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dining area, sofa and TV. The kitchen has all the essential equipment and crockery.
- A balcony overlooking the river
- A shared bathroom with a bath and shower.

Bills for electricity, water, internet and council tax (band D), and average at approximately £200 per month per person.

The flat is a 15-minute walk away from Leeds train station and a 10-minute walk away from a variety of supermarkets and bars.

The flat has no parking space, though you may be able to find secure parking to rent from other landlords in City Island.
