BATHROOMS: The bathroom on the first floor contains a walk in shower and a separate Victorian roll top bath, along with a period looking yet modern WC and basin.
The property has a second bathroom with beautiful Victorian look shower, so you won’t have to queue to use the shower or toilet!
COMMUNAL LOUNGE: The spacious lounge (literally!) has amazing views via the large 3 bay window, overlooking Leeds city centre (without the noise and hassle). It has large comfy sofas, a television with Virgin catch up TV and high speed virgin broadband, all supplied in the price. A lot of house shares no longer have a lounge as many landlords make use out of this space as an extra bedroom. We feel it is important to housemates to have this extra shared area to enjoy.
LOCATION :
The location is perfect for any young professional. You can walk to Leeds train station in 15/20 minutes or catch a bus every 5 minutes. You can park your car on the road at the front or rear of the house. You can also benefit from the excellent commuting links to Leeds City Centre and Headingley. The motorway links are excellent as J2A M621/M62 and M1. You can find plenty of local amenities within walking distance, such as a post office, a pharmacy, parks and more.
We are looking for someone considerate who respects others and is happy to share in keeping their home clean and tidy with 5 other housemates. The house is a well balanced and mixed household of male/female of ages between 21-35. This is a very friendly and social yet relaxing place you can call home. We are looking for working professionals/post graduates who work day time hours and hopefully will enjoy each other’s company, along with their own privacy.
