Bedroom advertised is for a single person (female only). It measures 3.84m x 3.02m. Window to the rear aspect. It has a comfy double bed with a mattress and bedside table. There is also a built in wardrobe. There are 2 other rooms to be rented out soon. 

I will also be living at the property but lodgers will have separate access, with their own kitchen and bathroom to share with 2 other people.  The bathroom is a good size with a new shower, wash basin and toilet. The kitchen has all new appliances, with essentials such as a microwave, kettle and toaster. There is a washing machine/dryer and vacuum cleaner which will be communal (used by the lodgers and owner of the house). 

There is plenty of parking at the back of the house.
