Tenancy Costs
For private letting, nil Pre-Letting Fees, but all tenants > 18 (and guarantor if required) must provide a FULL Experian or Equifax credit report (not just a credit score). 1st months’ rent and deposit payable prior to tenancy as a minimum. If poor credit score and guarantor being used, 3 months rent and or 3 months deposit in advance may be required. Same requirements for a ‘start-up’ company (less than one year actual trading with a property, or first property, or if required by mortgage, portfolio, owners T&C’s.
