The shared spaces include a lounge, fully fitted kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, a double glazed door leads to the rear garden.  There is a shower room on the ground floor and a bathroom with overhead shower on the first floor.

Hewson Road is a tree lined turning close to West Common and the popular 'Sycamore' (licensed cafe bar) at the end of the street. Also nearby are various convenience stores including a Sainsburys Local. Walking, you can be in the City Centre in under 10 mins.

All bills are inclusive even Virgin Super Fast Broadband and Council Tax.

There is on street parking available via a permit from LCC.
