The house is situated at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac closely located to the A3 and other transport links.
I do have a small rescue dog and would be happy to have tenants with their own dog (not sure how my dog reacts to cats so this would need investigating further!). The backs onto a golf course and has access to a couple of excellent dog-walks for those who like the great outdoors.
My preference is to find a female tenant as my dog is a rescue and has obviously been abused by men in the past. Men will be considered but they do have to be confident around dogs.
