Living in a house as opposed to one of the soulless high-rise blocks has a tonne of advantages. They are quieter, more homely, and provide much more private living accommodation. Most importantly though, if some wally from another flat burns their toast and sets off the fire alarm after a night out, you won’t have to get out of bed and trapse to the car park at 3am!
Internally, the house is beautifully furnished. All the bedrooms are large and have proper double beds (not large singles that some companies market as double beds!) and all the furnishings one would expect, such as a usual large wardrobe with drawers, desk and chair. In the bedrooms you’ll also find a 32″ Smart 4K LED TV on the wall and our unique surround sound, Bluetooth speaker system in the ceilings. These speakers can be linked to either the TV or your smartphone/laptop.
The house also has a very large and modern kitchen which houses a range of appliances, including a huge American-style fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a washer/dryer and two sets of cooking facilities. Now, two sets of cooking facilities may not seem very sexy at first glance, but trust us, when you move into a student house you realise just how annoying it is trying to share one oven, especially when you want to cook at the same time or at different temperatures.
In the kitchen there is a nice dining area with a large table and ample space for you all to sit down, have a meal together and all talk about your respective days. How nice! Alternatively, there is a 32” Smart 4K LED TV in the kitchen, so instead of listening to your housemates drone on you can ignore them and watch the latest Netflix Murder Documentary instead. Your call.
The property also has a stunning lounge with a large custom-made sofa that has ample space for everyone. There is also a 50” Smart 4K TV on the wall for you to enjoy.
Leading on from the lounge is a set of stairs which lead to a fully stocked, awesome gym. The gym has a rowing machine, a professional spin bike, a weights bench, a complete set of dumbbells and bars, as well as a yoga area. It will save you a small fortune on gym membership fees as it has everything you need to keep fit.
Now, we wouldn’t often say this, but the bathroom is probably our favourite room in the house. When you see it though, you’ll understand why, because it’s not a normal student bathroom. There are beautiful floor to ceiling tiles and an amazing jacuzzi bath with electric shower. There is also a sink unit/makeup station with professional make-up lighting. On top of that, we have installed a waterproof Bluetooth speaker system in the ceiling, so you can listen to your favourite playlist or podcast whilst using the loo or soaking in the tub. There is also a stunning shower room in the property with floor to ceiling tiles, a large electric shower unit and set of toilet facilities. The shower room also has surround sound speakers built into the ceiling.
