Room in a Shared Flat, Caryl Street, L8

We're looking for a lodger for my spare room in Liverpool! I’m originally from London but now live in Liverpool for work.

W're not just looking for a flatmate; I’m looking for someone I can genuinely get along with and hopefully become friends with.

The flat is located just outside the city centre, which is within walking distance, as well as the Baltic and the docks. It also comes with parking, both on-street and off-street.

Another benefit is that I travel a lot for work and live between Liverpool and London, so you’ll have plenty of opportunity to have the flat to yourself. I’m looking for someone who’s trustworthy and will keep the flat in good condition!

Happy to do a bills included package if necessary (council tax is Band A). There’s a 65-inch TV with most streaming services for you to use, and the bathroom has recently been renovated. There is also high speed internet!

We want to share this space with someone I think would be a great fit, so it will only be let out to the right person.
