This is secure and gated, accessible by key fob. Price is payable monthly or termly, price of parking is £348 per term which again , I could potentially cover if it makes it easier for a new tenant. Listing up as I have dropped out of my postgraduate course. I will leave some furniture in the flat for the new tenant which I had to provide such as lamps and the bin.
