Update: The larger single room has been made available as one of the lodgers is relocating for work, it will be ready to move in on the 4th October.
The rooms includes all bills, furnished on demand. The rooms all come with bedding included and integrated wardrobes and under bed storage.

The property is very close to a bus stop and is walking distance to the city centre and close to all amenities with the ASDA superstore a 10-minute walk away. It is also very close to the hospital and university.

This house is for those who want somewhere peaceful and relaxing and is not a party house. The house is well suited for those who want a place to relax, study or work from home. Upon commencements of your lodger agreement, if you would like additional furnishings for your room, please let us know and I'll see what we can do.

There is parking space on the drive and you are welcome to use it and there is plenty of on street parking.

The house is kept to very high cleanliness standards, We do the deep cleaning as when and needed and hire a cleaner when we're away. Outdoor shoes are not to be worn inside. If you struggle to maintain a tidy and clean living space then this property is not for you.
