Hi, Look forward to showing you round our studio on Richmond Row in Everton. Less than a mile from Lime street station, less than half a mile from the Homer Street Retail park, John Moore's University, this place has great transport links.

Enjoy your own private space within our building with a newly fitted kitchen, ensuite shower room, there are huge windows and high ceilings (soundproofed) making this a really bright and airy space, yet also snug and quiet. We carry out maintenance in house with a proactive approach, we are proud of our list of long term tenants and hope you will join them in staying with us long term.  We don't specialise in student accomodation but will consider all applicants, the location is convenient for access several campuses, and for the royal hospital, city centre in general.

We converted the building about ten years ago, have been continuosly upgrading and improving as we go. Real character building, was an old pub originally before being converted to offices before we purchased it.
